Overnight Oats

(Serving for one)
1/2 cup Wholegrain or jumbo oats, not rolled oats
1 Tsp Chia seeds
2/3 cup soya milk or milk of choice
1 tsp maple syrup or honey
1 Tsp raisins

Mix together and put into a container with lid on and place in fridge.
In the morning if the mixture is too stiff add a little more milk.
Top with fresh fruit of choice and a few nuts of choice.
Eg strawberries and a few almonds that have been soaked overnight and rinsed or grated apple and a few chopped walnuts, or banana and blue berries with 3 chopped brazils, or fresh pineapple and 1 Tsp coconut.
